MARZIPAN'S FOUNDER
Yehoyada (Yoyo) Mandeel is a visionary leader specializing in strategy, operations, and change management, with a proven global track record in B2B and B2G sales. As the co-founder of NXTleap, he spearheads the development of AI-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and optimize corporate processes. With a wealth of experience in executive leadership in global companies, Yehoyada has successfully scaled businesses, expanded market reach, and driven digital transformation across industries and continents. His career spans leadership roles in Marzipan Strategy, Presight (G42), Israel Tech Challenge (ITC), SodaStream International, and Yeda Education (Time To Know), where he led growth, innovation, and business transformations.
Yehoyada holds an LL.B and LL.M from Hebrew University (Summa Cum Laude) and Georgetown University, as well as an MBA (Cum Laude) from Hebrew University.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Yehoyada is married to Dana-Naor Mandeel, a leader in the non-profit sector with vast experience in employment and education initiatives. Together, they have two daughters and are deeply committed to creating impactful solutions that empower individuals and communities.

Yehoyada’s family, the Carlebach family, traces its origins to Lübeck, Germany—home to one of the world’s most renowned marzipan foundries. In his family, marzipan was never just a confection; it was a symbol of craftsmanship, transformation, and exclusivity. Generations before him spoke of the artistry behind it—how simple ingredients like almonds and sugar could be shaped into something extraordinary, something that sparked joy and admiration among all who experienced it.
Marzipan Tech was born from this same philosophy. Just as master confectioners turn raw ingredients into a delicacy, we take complex technologies and refine them into seamless, intuitive, and impactful solutions.
