Product Manager
At Marzipan Tech, you will be the high-bandwidth connector between users, models, and the build crew, turning noisy feedback, telemetry, and eval results into a crisp product narrative and a roadmap that ships. You will frame problems as hypotheses, define success with measurable outcomes (quality, latency, cost, safety, retention), and drive ruthless prioritization so engineering and design can move fast . You will run tight loops: prompt/prototype → offline eval → online experiment → iterate—keep stakeholders aligned through clear tradeoffs, and ensure what lands in production trusted and adopted: scalable, observable, and meaningfully ahead of the market.

Sales Manager
At Marzipan Tech, you will own lead generation end-to-end—turning market signals into a consistent flow of qualified conversations. You’ll define ICP and segments, build targeted outbound and partner plays, and use data-driven experimentation (messaging tests, channel mix, conversion funnels) to systematically increase volume and quality. You’ll operate an AI-forward growth stack—enriching accounts, scoring intent, personalizing outreach at scale, and tightening the handoff to sales with clear qualification criteria and feedback loops. Success looks like predictable pipeline creation, improving CAC efficiency, and a lead engine that compounds over time.

AI Developer
At Marzipan Tech, you will build and ship AI products end-to-end—turning real user problems into reliable model-driven features in production. You’ll design data and evaluation pipelines, fine-tune or orchestrate models, and implement retrieval, tool use, and guardrails to hit targets on quality, latency, cost, and safety. You’ll run tight iteration loops—prototype → offline eval → A/B test → deploy—instrument everything for observability, and harden systems with scalable infrastructure, monitoring, and rollback paths. The output is AI that doesn’t just demo well, but performs consistently: measurable, trustworthy, and engineered to improve over time.
